Slot Missions in Hogwarts
Slot missions are a great way to obtain weapons, equipment and much more. They're difficult to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot is a specific slot that lets you bring guns into a mission. Some players utilize this slot to achieve certain goals, especially those going for Suit Only. Others simply prefer to have the additional pistol to make an extra weapon to close the gap. It is important to remember that to choose the pistols for this slot you must click on the button for the appropriate category, like machine guns in the alternate slot. Major Expedition and Adept Rider are in use, making it easier to use. This combo also gives you an attack tick from the Concealed Weapon every 10 seconds for as long as you have it slotted.
Smuggled Item Slot
The smuggled item slot an excellent feature that allows players to bring in tools and weapons, however it could use a better option. It's currently shaped as an a gun, which makes it difficult to differentiate the weapon slot that is smuggled from other slots for gear.
The smuggle slot can house an array of objects, ranging from simple concussion devices to explosives that are weapon-grade. These items are secretly stored in hidden locations around the map and can be retrieved at any time. These items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes that conceal small objects within scenery and objects directly.
Mission planning is an option in missions that are episodic. It allows players to discover different starting points as well as smuggled items and gear slots prior to stepping into the map. Rainbet for planning increase as players advance through challenges and gain higher Mission Mastery levels. This gives players the ability to create the perfect mission for every challenge.
Gear Slot
In the beginning of the game, players will notice their gear slots rapidly get full, resulting in the dreaded "Your Gear Slots are full" message that prevents Max from acquiring new equipment until old items are cleared or a larger space is found. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the answer to this issue. They offer more inventory space for completing challenges missions. Each player has up to five different kinds of gear in their five Gear Slots. They must be selected from the Gear Selection menu prior to a Break-In. Each individual gear item (except the Pistol) occupies one Gear Slot while a set of similar items (like Grenades of the same type) only takes up one Gear Slot.
Agency Pickups
As you progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock different agency pickups on the map. These locations let you keep items that do not fit in your weapon or gear slots, and retrieve them later.
These pickups are particularly useful if you need to pass through a frisk at the end of the course of your mission or if you're carrying a weapon that might otherwise be suspect. You can only hide one item in a pickup location.
This DLC includes new contracts for security and asset protection to the agency. To begin these missions just talk to the receptionist of the agency and stock up on armor and snacks. Once you have reached the marker be sure to identify a group upon arrival.
